Ology Brewing Co Unforseen Consequences Hazy Double IPA (16OZ CAN)

This is our most experimental IPA to-date and we couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out!

We used a new yeast strain from Berkeley Yeast - Tropics. This strain throws off massive guava, passionfruit, papaya aromas from its ability to create and release Thiols. Then, we played with different hop products. We've been loving the flavors and clean whirlpools we get from Incognito. We then played with a new hop product called Spectrum from Barthass. This is a concentrated and intense product made for dry-hopping. Initial dank nose that evolves to overripe tropical fruit. Then, we threw in some of Resident Culture and our favorite hops - Citra, Strata, and Sultana. This beer is wild. The nose alone blasts away any doubt whether we'll make more Haze in this style again and the taste confirms the same.
