Crafty Beer Market is committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction with every order delivered to your door.
All Sales Final
All purchases made through Crafty Beer Market are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders once placed. This includes:

Change of mind

Incorrect orders placed by customer

Duplicate purchases

Products not meeting personal taste preferences
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email orders@craftybeermarket.com within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim you must provide:

Your order date and order number

Photos of the damaged item(s)

Photos of the damaged packaging and box

Photo of the shipping label
Once verified, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf (UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Upon claim approval we will reship your order at no additional cost to you. Crafty Beer Market is not responsible for carrier delays in processing claims.
Retain all damaged packaging and items until the claim is resolved as the carrier may require inspection. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed.
Adult Signature Required
All alcohol deliveries require an Adult Signature upon delivery as mandated by federal and state law. The recipient must be 21 years or older with valid government issued ID. Orders that cannot be delivered due to failed signature attempts are non-refundable.
Age Verification
All alcohol orders require age verification at delivery. Orders that cannot be verified are non-refundable.
International Orders
Orders held or seized by customs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for understanding their country's import regulations before placing an order.
Subscription & Partnership
Plans All subscription and partnership plan payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
Shipping All shipping costs are non-refundable.
