Brauweg is a shared tribute to the art of classic German lager brewing. Conceived in partnership with Schilling Beer Co, this Helles is built on mutual respect for tradition, technique, and time.
Brewed with a double decoction mash, a deep, rounded malt structure, with notes of freshly baked bread, soft honey, and subtle grain husk. A gentle touch of Hallertau Mittelfrh imparts a noble floral aroma with a delicate herbal bitterness that enhances, rather than competes with, the malt's richness.
Fermented cold and lagered long, Brauweg is brilliantly clear and elegantly balanced. Vollmundig in mouthfeel yet crisp in finish. It honors the Helles tradition not by reinventing it, but by refining it, through care and collaboration.. Lager - Helles 5% ABV
