Equal Parts is a quiet expression of place, patience, and purpose. Born from a shared reverence for local agriculture and time-honored technique, this lager is built around Tennessee-grown Bloody Butcher corn, an heirloom grain chosen not for novelty, but for its honest, deep-rooted flavor and connection to the land.
Cereal cooked and single-decocted, to coax out its rich, rustic sweetness and depth. The corn lays down a warm, textured foundation, gently shaped by a restrained hand of equal parts Hallertau Mittelfrh and Cascade hops. The result is a beer that honors its ingredients as much as the growers and brewers who bring them to life. Subtle yet expressive, familiar yet distinct.
